A £1.3 million new build primary school, making use of space, natural light and colour to provide a dramatically improved and far safer learning environment for 326 pupils.

The sprinkler system, which protects the entire ground and first floor, is fed from a 30m³ galvanised water storage tank located adjacent to a purpose built plant room. The plant area, which houses the fire sprinkler booster set and controls, is connected to the main building by underground pipework and ducts.

The fire sprinkler system is designed on a dedicated pipework circuit comprising BS 1387 medium galvanised steel tube with screwed and Victaulic® fittings. The white sprinkler heads are fast response pendant type finished with a one piece escutcheon.
