CAR PARK STACKER FIRE SPRINKLER PROTECTION
Our car park stacker protection system design criteria is modelled on the BRE Global Sprinkler Protected Car Stacker Test, with performance standard BS EN 12845 assigned to the system.
It offers protection to various levels of the car stacker area with the fire suppression heads from a 60 minute water tank via a booster set on the property. Controls not dissimilar to an OH2/3 car park sprinkler provision An alternative valve control protects against frost.
The systems remain primed and would be initiated by heat activating one of the sprinkler heads, which are fast response with galvanised steel pipe work for longevity.
Each system is bespoke, as the pipe work installed is interlinked within the car park stacker framework.
