Bailbrook House, set in 20 acres of grounds, is one of only two Grade II listed hotels in the city of Bath. The property started life as a private residence in the early 1790s and retains all the glories of that era.
Ecotect has been contracted by client Handpicked Hotels to design and install a fire suppression system, compliant to BS 8458:2015 offering protection to the south block of the hotel only – the “Mansion House.”
The mist system is fed from a storage tank and powered by a pump, all located in the roof space, with valve controls and test facilities connected to drainage and overflow from the water storage tank.
