70 properties at Bath Riverside, on the banks of the Avon, feature Blueflow® fire sprinkler systems designed and installed by Ecotect Fire Suppression.
The four storey properties are fire sprinkler protected to comply with Building Regulations due to height. All of the systems are mains fed – some have had the 50 mm mains pressure boosted by pumps.
Ecotect worked directly for Cook & Harris plumbing, heating & mechanical contractors on this Crest Nicholson Regeneration site.
Designed by architect Alison Brooks (ABA), the townhouses are a modern take on Bath’s classical terraces, and reflect the honey-hued architecture for which the city is renowned. The first phase won ABA a Housing Design Project Award in 2014.
